Went out and had some delicious sushi with a friend and my kid. Then we saw "Splice" which could have seriously put me off my feed if the order had been reversed. I don't really know what to say about this movie. OK it was original. And it had good actors. But I just didn't like it. I hate the whole topic of genetic engineering which horrifies me enough without having to see disgusting imaginary genetically spliced monsters on the screen. Without giving too much away, the sexual themes in this movie were on the disturbing side (and I'm pretty open-minded!). Overall, I kinda want my $8 back :P

Before that some events happened which I have to make friends-only.

comments
